Over a 100 cities around the country signed up for the Streets4People Challenge. In the past year, they adopted a new mantra of engaging with citizens, crowdsourcing ideas, and testing innovative, inexpensive, and quick solutions to create safe, vibrant public spaces and walking-friendly streets.
